Tommy Scott is the lead singer and songwriter for the multi-Platinum selling band Space, Tommy has had numerous hits with the band since it formed in 1995, Female of The Species, Neighborhood, Dark Clouds, Me and You Versus the World, Avenging Angels,

The Ballad of Tom Jones and Begin Again to name a few.

The band had two top ten hit albums with SPIDERS and TIN PLANET, both albums achieved double platinum status in the UK and went on to sell 5,000,000 records worldwide.

Tommy continues to tour with Space and has recently been doing more and more intimate solo/duo shows with his band mate Phil Hartley the bass player and music producer from SPACE.

The set is mainly made up of the Space hits and fan-favourites coupled with some of Tom­ my’s solo project songs recorded for the Tommy Scott Quintet album titled Marionette.

Both Tommy and Phil sing and play acoustic guitar and have backing via his laptop with new bespoke instrumentations to fuse with the acoustic vibe.

The boys will be touring the UK, starting January 2024.

SPACE released their 7th studio album ‘Music for Pleasure Music for Pain’, in January 2023.

The album was recorded at their Liverpool Studio and mastered in Abbey Road Studios. Phil Hart­ ley engineered and produced the album, which was also co-produced by the rest of the band. The record marks a true return to Spaces’ earlier works, Spiders & Tin Planet.

Last year (2022), Demon Records/BBC Music released both Spiders and Tin Planet on limited edition coloured vinyl, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the albums (Spiders) original UK re­ lease. The band’s upcoming tour commences in February and ends in May 2023, and will consist of both albums (Spiders & Tin Planet) being performed in their entirety for the first time in their his­ tory. Both original album releases attained double platinum sales in the UK. The band are excited to perform some never before played songs live, plus the band’s other hits.

The bands previous studio album Give Me Your Future was recorded and produced by Grammy and Brit award winning producer Steve Levine, who has also worked with The Clash, Culture Cub, Beach Boys, Denice Williams and Gary Moore, plus many more.

The bands 1996 hit ‘Female of the Species· reached the top of the album charts with “TFI Album• (Number 1 In June 2015). The 2009 re-release of the single also achieved a sliver award with BPI.
