As both The Music Hall & The Lodge are both situated within our beautiful listed building, we are unfortunately, for the time being, not accessible for wheelchair users. If customers require assistance travelling up and down the stairs, we are happy to assist given it is safe to do so. If reserved seating would help those who find standing difficult, we would be more than happy to arrange this for you. Carers Ticket Scheme
It is our commitment to try and make the venue more accessible to everyone. We will provide ticket holders with a disability that require full time assistance, with a complimentary ticket for their personal carer/assistant. To take advantage of this scheme, please contact us with your ticket reference number. You may also be asked to provide recent DLA letters that show your current level of care or mobility. We appreciate that some people may require assistance but not receive DLA, in which case, please contact us to discuss your access requirements. Each request will be looked at individually. This scheme is run on a first come first serve basis up to the capacity of the venue and/or designated area.
