23 year-old Artemas, full name Artemas Diamandis, has only been releasing music

since late 2020 but is fast developing a distinctive alternative pop sound through his

relatable songwriting and captivating melodies. Initially inspired by 90’s acts ranging

from Nirvana and Sublime to Weezer and Beck, the self taught multi instrumentalist

and unashamed pop music fan is a student of the YouTube generation of

songwriter/producers. Hailing from Oxfordshire, but now based in London, Artemas

made the most of being restricted to his bedroom over the past couple of years,

spending most waking hours during that time honing his studio-craft.

His early releases, have seen him gain early support from BBC Radio 1. His music

has been streamed over 10 million times on Spotify alone. Artemas recently

supported Rex Orange County at his huge headline show in London’s Gunnersbury

Park. His debut mixtape was exec produced by Two Inch Punch (Rex Orange County,

Dijon, Jessie Ware) with his more recent self produced releases gaining vast social

media attention through their infectious and relatable lyrics.

Summer 2023 sees Artemas confirmed to perform live at UK festivals including

Reading & Leeds and Latitude Festival.
