Tonight we’re gonna party like it’s… 2003.

On Friday 19th December 2025, we’re dusting off our flame-print shirts and heading back to the golden era of the Cha Cha Slide and the Macarena for our adults-only 2000s Christmas School Disco! Whether you lived for Avril Lavigne, worshipped Girls Aloud, or perfected your Usher moves in the mirror, this is your chance to relive the magic.

DJ Olly Waldron will be digging through his NOW! compilations to spin the ultimate 1990s and 2000s cheese, festive hits, and primary-school floor-fillers. Expect to hear: Atomic Kitten, Baha Men, Beyoncé, Blue, Britney Spears, Busted, B*Witched, Christina Aguilera, Cheeky Girls, Five, Gareth Gates, Gwen Stefani, Kylie Minogue, Las Ketchup, Lolly, McFly, Natasha Bedingfield, P!nk, Rednex, S Club 7, Sean Paul, Shaggy, Shakira, Shania Twain, Steps, Sugababes, Vengaboys, Westlife… and many more!

Expect tacky decorations, glowsticks, and plenty of festive chaos. Guests can also enjoy a free retro tuck shop on arrival (first come, first served).

As The Deaf Institute is a listed building, it is unfortunately, for the time being, not accessible for wheelchair users. If customers require assistance travelling up and down the stairs, the venue staff will be happy to assist given it is safe to do so.
