CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All rucksacks or bags larger than a clutch handbag and all overcoats must be checked into the

The head door supervisor has the final say in what must be checked in.
We reserve the right to conduct security searches on entry and exit of the premises. This policy is
in place to maintain the safety of our customers and to prevent illegal activity. Anybody found in
possession of illegal or contraband goods may be liable for prosecution. Refusal to be searched may
lead to ejection and indefinite exclusion from the premises.
On entry to the venue you are consenting to the use of all images of yourself taken by our official
photographer being used as we deem necessary for marketing purposes. All such images will remain
the property of The Deaf Institute.
35mm and small digital cameras are permitted at most events but professional cameras with a detachable zoom lens are not. At certain events, the promoter may request a ban on all photography and signs to this effect will be displayed at all entrances.
