Our flavour of choice and twist on the Cuban classic. Rum, lime, mint, raspberries and sugar muddled and charged with fiery Ginger Beer.
Caipirinha
A ramshackle serving of Brazils’ favourite. We throw together a large measure of Cachaca with lime and sugar syrup and serve it no frills, on the rocks, just like they do.
Passion Fruit and Basil Caipirinha
We add our own twist to the Caipirinha and think it tastes rather excellent. Cachaca, lime, sugar, passion fruit and fresh basil leaves, shaken and crowned with crushed ice.
Grand Margarita
Even the non-tequila quaffer can enjoy our variation on this classic. We’ve simply ditched the salt, opted for fresh lemon and lime and balance the Tequila with Grand Marnier. Bosh.
